Biography

Jeffrey is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Fab equipment performance in both the 200mm and 300mm lines from installation and commissioning through pilot line release and long-term maintenance.  In this role, he works with all Fab-centric business units at imec to provide a flexible, leading edge development platform.

Prior to imec, Jeffrey worked at Samsung Austin Semiconductor for 25 plus years in various leadership roles in Fab Engineering such as CVD, PVD, Clean, CMP and Diffusion.  His last role was VP of Infrastructure where he was responsible for engineering control of site gas, chemical, electrical, water/wastewater distribution systems as well as construction, including feasibility study for the new foundry fab under construction in Taylor, Texas. 

Jeffrey is accomplished in strategic planning, team leadership, talent development and process engineering. He has excelled at building and motivating teams, as well as planning and executing results-oriented initiatives.  

Jeff has a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
