Gosia Jurczak

Gosia Jurczak - Managing Director, Lam Research
Gosia Jurczak is Managing Director at Lam Research responsible for driving external collaboration with imec and IBM. As a member of Advanced Technology Development team in CTO office she contributes to identifying future technology inflections. Prior to joining Lam Research she was Corporate Director at ASM International in charge of exploratory work for new processes and materials for patterning, logic and memory applications. 

She has also spent 16 years at imec where she held various engineering and management functions including position of FINFET Program Manager and Director of Emerging Memories Program.

She has been member of Technical Program Committees of VLSI Symposium, IEDM, SOI, ESSDERC and VLSI TSA and an editor of IEEE Electron Device Letters. She served as Technical and General Chair of IEEE SOI conference and VLSI Symposium. She is a recipient of Paul Rappaport Award (2000). 

Gosia received PhD in electrical engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, Poland. She has authored and co-authored more than 400 publications and is holder of more than 20 patents.
