Chiplet opportunities for the automotive semiconductors supply chain

These challenges make the semiconductor industry’s supply chain highly volatile and subject to high costs and production delays. This presentation will discuss technology-based opportunities and solutions to address these supply-chain challenges across all the key stages of hardware system development. At the architecture level, we will discuss opportunities offered by chiplet-based design solutions, especially flexible interposers for chiplet integration and scalable chiplets that enable adaptable scalability for a wide range of applications.
