Ilse Vos

Ilse is a digital physical implementation and STA expert since 2001 at imec and was responsible for large, highly complex and innovative design projects (flip chip, mixed-signal, high speed, ...), for top and block level implementation from netlist-in until GDSII-out including physical verification, RDL routing and IOs selection. She was also involved in many training activities for European academia. In 2022, Ilse took on the additional role of technical lead for projects in advanced technologies (7nm and below) meanwhile taking initiative for the new technology flow development. In November 2023, she became the team lead of the back-end design services team, leading a team of about 11 people.
