Ahmad Khan

Mr. Khan joined KLA in 2004 with responsibilities for business development before moving into management for multiple product divisions. He was named general manager of the Optical Films Metrology division in 2007, and more recently was appointed Group Vice President for the Patterning Division, which included reticle inspection, optical CD, overlay and 5D process control. He then served as Executive Vice President of the Global Products Group, where he ensured business success for inspection and metrology products. Prior to joining KLA, Mr. Khan held various project engineering and management roles with Applied Materials.
