Rik Vreys - CEO, Hyve

Rik Vreys is CEO of Hyve and joined Hyve in 2022. Hyve has been founded in 2021 as a venture to innovate the key components of hydrogen electrolysers based on nanotechnology yielding world class efficiency while reducing the use of precious catalysts and being free of PFAS (membrane).

He has 20 years of international experience at ZF Wind Power, Hydrogenics and Deme. He held a range of functions leading the new product and technology programs, managing business development and key account functions, responsible for global service operations and overseeing the development of three greenfield plants across Belgium, India, and China.

Rik holds a master in Engineering (KUL) and an MBA (Vlerick Business School).
