Syrus is Co-Founder and VP of Engineering at Eliyan, a leader in the chiplet industry.  He has worked on near-reticle chips for 30 years.  Prior to Eliyan, Syrus led silicon development of complex SoCs and systems as VP of Engineering at Nuvia, Qualcomm, Ikanos, and PsiQuantum.  He holds a BS EE from Rice University and MS EE from Stanford University, and is inventor on over 20 patents.
