Sam De Smet is co-Founder of OTIV, leading the company strategy and commercial development. OTIV is a Ghent-based scale-up leading the autonomous revolution in rail. Offering driver assistance, remote operation and full self-driving solutions, the company is working together with the leading global railway operators. Before founding OTIV, Sam was a consultant at Roland Berger and BCG, working on organizations' most challenging questions with a focus on transportation.
