Polychronis Symeonidis - Lead Software Engineer, domX IoT Technologies

Polychronis Symeonidis (MSc) received his Diploma in Computer & Communications Engineering in 2014 and his Master’s in Computer Science in 2018 from the University of Thessaly, Greece. From 2013 and until 2019 he was a research associate at the University of Thessaly and participated in EU funded projects such as ForLAB, SMS and 5G-VINO. His main research interests were the development of Wireless Sensor Network platforms and prototypes mainly focusing in embedded software, power consumption optimization, IoT infrastructure, and has published 7 relevant papers in international conferences. In 2019, he joined Security and Safety Things GmbH in Munich, Germany as a Full-Stack Engineer in IoT. From 2020, he is a member of domX, a startup that develops software and hardware solutions for energy management, as a Lead Software Engineer.
