Else Dreesen graduated as a commercial engineer at UHasselt, in 1993. Soon, she found out that she wanted to combine a job in an economic and social-driven context. Starting in the function of ‘coordinator’, Els professionalized Buseloc together with the director at the time, maintaining the balance between economic and social objectives.

Today, Buseloc grew from a small-scale and traditional workshop towards an organisation that employs more than 100 employees and on over 7,000 m². Buseloc’s specialty is confection with a personalized finish tailored to the customer.
